ReplyDeleteGreat paper combo Erika! I like the antiqued effect of using the deeper reds and blue with an off white. Nice use of the twine in this too... the way yo've wrapped it without any tie or bow. Nice! Thanks for joining in the hop and supporting OWH. Hope you have a great weekend.

I love the papers used in this. I am more of a scrapbooker than a cardmaker and this combination of papers and that stamp (which I've seen many a-time on store shelves and thought about getting) would be great for layouts about my ancestors who have served.

I looked at your PDF for this sketch. You make short work of the layers but one would have to have the eye to pick the right paper first lol. I am still working on that-(I am not a big fan of coordinated pads since I usually only like 3 of them)

Hi Erika: I love your card. It has a lot going on but everything is designed just right so it all works together. When I make cards like this they end up being a hot mess, so I tend to stick with clean and simple. I just printed out your cutting recipe for sketch 215 and can't wait to give it a try!
